Time Set For Game 1 Of NLCS

Good news, Cardinal fans. Watching your favorite team won’t require staying up past prime time. Game 1 of the NLCS will start at 7:19 CT Wednesday night. Major League Baseball set the time after the Angels 5-3 defeat of the Yankees on Monday night.

Chris Carpenter will start against Astros’ starter Andy Pettite.

The schedule for the NLCS is as follows:

Game 2: Thursday, October 13, 7:00 @ St. Louis
Game 3: Saturday, October 15, 3:00 @ Houston
Game 4: Sunday, October 16, 3:00 @ Houston
Game 5: Monday, October 17, 7:00 @ Houston
Game 6: Wednesday, October 19, 3:00 @ St. Louis
Game 7: Thursday, October 20, 7:00 @ St. Louis
