September 26, 2005 By admin Leave a Comment

Jimmie Johnson won yesterday’s NASCAR race at Dover. By taking the checkered flag, Johnson moved into first place in the Chase standings. But St. Louisian Rusty Wallace is hot on his tail. Wallace finished third on Sunday. He’s now in second place in the Championship standings, just seven points behind Johnson. Columbia’s Carl Edwards rallied to finish ninth yesterday. He’s eighth in the standings, 103 points out of first place.
