The Butler County Prosecutor thinks he has cracked a 13-year old murder case with the arrest of a man near Jefferson City. The police chief says investigation of the strangling of Laura Ann Wynn in 1992 produced no specific suspect. But he says DNA technology has led to the State National Guard headquarters and the arrest of Sergeant First Flass Samuel Andrew Freeman, a supply clerk. Freeman is being held without bond in the Butler County Jail.
