One of Missouri’s holiday traffic victims is former State Representative Tom Marshall. He was killed when a pickup truck crossed a centerline and hit his van almost head-on in Saline County. The other driver, Kris Puester, also from Marshall, was killed, too. Marshall represented the Marshall area in the House for 11 years before losing a re-election bid in 1996.
