Rams Cut Cornerback For Curfew Violation

August 10, 2005 By admin Leave a Comment

The Rams have cut cornerback Dwight Anderson for missing curfew. Anderson, who was on track to possibly becoming the Rams’ nickel-back, missed curfew on Saturday night by 45 minutes. His agent told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that Anderson thought the curfew was an hour later and believed he was coming in 15 minutes early.

Earlier in the evening in practice, Anderson wasn’t on the field when he was supposed to be and allowed Isaac Bruce to catch a touchdown pass.

Anderson appeared in 12 games for the Rams last season and made 12 tackles. He was signed as an undrafted free agent out of South Dakota last year.
