Cardinals End Relationship With Flagship Radio Station

August 4, 2005 By admin Leave a Comment

After 52-years as the flagship radio station of the St. Louis Cardinals, KMOX and the baseball team are severing ties. The Cardinals have ended their relationship with the station, moving broadcasts to KTRS Radio. The switch involves more than just the broadcast rights. The team has announced it has acquired a 50-percent interest in KTRS. KMOX will remain the flagship station through the end of this season.
