Motorists should have a better idea of where they are on the road, even in the rain, under a new road-marking program being implemented by the State Transportation Department. MoDOT’s Mike Curty says a reflective epoxy paint is being put on top of rumble strips and awider, more reflective tape is being used for center stripes. The new markings are bieng put down as new roads are built or old roads are renovated.
