A new judge is going to have to be found for the trial of a man accused of killing a highway patrolman in southeast Missouri last March. Judge R. Jack Garrett has recused himself from the case. The prosecutor says the action is not unexepcted. The State Supreme Court will appoint a new judge to hear the case against Lance Shockley, who’s charged with killing Sergeant Carl Dewayne Graham Junior.
