A youth minister in Kansas City is charged with violating his position and violating a girl who was only 13 when their affair apparently began. Assistant Jackson County Prosecutor Julie Hamilton says 24-year-old Phillip Boleyn is charged with nine counts for having sex with the girl. It happened at the Christian Life Church in southeast Kansas City. And Hamilton says Boleyn has apparently confessed, telling the girl’s father, the church secretary and the police. In addition to the direct contact, there was apparently also phone sex and Internet sex. Prosecutors say the girl kept quiet about the affair for more than two years. Prosecutors say they learned of it when the victim’s family came forward. Boleyn is thought to have taken pictures. The prosecutor wants a $100,000 bond.
