Dropped Wallet Leads to Arrest in Murder Case

July 5, 2005 By admin Leave a Comment

A dropped wallet is the clue that has led to an arrest in a Clayton murder case. The wallet was found in a motel parking lot in Louisville, Kentucky, by a man who called a woman whose phone number was found in the wallet. The woman was a friend of Tim Welch, who had been shot to death last week. The woman called police in St. Louis County – who called police in Louisville – who found Welch’s car at the motel and arrested suspect Lowry Terry – and who is now back in Missouri.
