The man who tipped Kansas City police to the identity of Precious Doe has been given a check for $14,000. Police Major Anthony Ell and Mayor Pro Tem Alvin Brooks have gone to Muskogee, Oklahoma to present the check to Thurmon McIntosh, whose tips led police to arrest Michelle and Harrell Johnson, who are charged with murdering the girl now known to be Erica Green, cutting off her head, and leaving the body in a wooded area of Kansas City four years ago.
