MU To Join Duke, Wisconsin-Milwaukee In Pre-Season NIT

The field for the pre-season NIT men’s basketball tournament was announced yesterday and the University of Missouri will be in the 16-team field. The Tigers will host Sam Houston St. at the Mizzou Arena on November 14.

The field will also include Duke, Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Alabama, Army, Temple, New Mexico St. , UCLA, Princeton, Seton Hall, Manhattan, Boston University, Memphis, Miami (OH) and Drexel.

The second round games will also be played on campus sites. After that the semifinals and final will move to Madison Square Garden in New York.
