The State Supreme Court has ordered former priest James Beine freed on a $5,000 bond. This comes just a week and a half after the Court threw out his conviction on charges he had exposed himself to children in a school bathroom. He’s been serving a 12-year sentence at the prison at Farmington since 2003. The Court has ordered Beine, also known as Mar James, under house arrest until further notice.
