Precious Doe has been identified. The little girl whose decapitated body ws found in Kansas City four years ago is Erica Michelle Marie Green, who was three years old when she was killed. Two residents of Muskogee, Oklahoma, are being questioned in Muskogee. Police say the woman might be the mother of the little girl. They’re being held on unrelated charges. Investigators say the woman has relatives in Kansas City and the man had a Kansas City address as late as last year. Kansas City police are releasing few other details.
