The Blunt Administration has released the April 2005 General Revenue Report, showing 2005 fiscal year-to-date general revenue collections compared to 2004 fiscal year-to-date collections have increased by 4.3 percent. That excludes the $95.1-Million received from the federal government as part of the Jobs and Growth Tax Relief Reconciliation Act of 2003. Net collections, after refunds have been paid out, increased by 3.9 percent year-to-date, from $5.32-Billion last year to $5.52-Billion this year. Those collections increased 6.7 pecent for the month.
