Former MU CB, Harden, Named NFL Europe’s Defensive Player of the Week

Former Missouri Tiger defensive back Michael Harden picked off two passes and made four tackles for Berlin last week and was named NFL Europe’s defensive player of the week. His first interception ended a scoring drive by Amsterdam at the eight-yard line int eh second quarter. In the third quarter, Harden’s second interception of the game lead to a touchdown for Berlin. Harden is under contract with the Seahawks, but didn’t see any action in his rookie season in 2004.
