The Rams have made a one-year offer to back up quarterback Jamie Martin. Martin was brought back last season after Chris Chandler failed to perform, while filling an for Marc Bulger against the Cardinals on December 19. Martin was 16-of-30 in the 31-7 loss.
Martin has already had three different stints with the orgainization. He started his career with the L.A. Rams and made the move to St. Louis. In 1997 he moved on to the Redskins. He was back in St. Louis for the 2001 and 2002 seasons before getting cut.
