Lisa Montgomery’s trial date has been set for April, 2006. She’s the Kansas woman charged with killing an expectant mother in Skidmore and cutting her unborn child out of her womb. The prosecutor says he’s inclined to seek the death penalty but they won’t make a formal announcement about that until September.
