The Missouri Tigers have been eliminated from the Big 12 Basketball Tournament in Kansas City. After winning their opening game against Nebraska on Thursday, the Tigers have dropped an 83-79 decision to the Oklahoma Sooners. Post season play for the Tigers might not be over. Missouri is waiting to see whether it receives an invitation from the NIT – college basketball’s tournament for teams that don’t earn spots in the more prestigious NCAA Tournament.
