The St. Louis Rams welcomed an old friend back to the fold on Wednesday, signing tight end Roland Williams to a one-year contract. Williams started his career with the Rams in 1998 and played in St. Louis until signing with the Raiders in 2001. He played two seasons there, before joining the Buccaneers in 2003. He went back to Oakland last season. Williams won a Super Bowl ring with the Rams, catching 25 passes and a career-high six touchdowns in 1999.
