Albert Pujols blasted two two-run homers on Monday, as the Cardinals got the best of the Dodgers 6-1 in Jupiter, Florida. Jason Marquis went three innings and allowed one run off two hits and two walks. The Cardinals are 3-1 this spring.
The Royals trailed 5-0 before they exploded for four runs in the top of the sixth. Colorado responded with three more of their own in the bottom half of the inning Kansas City added three more in the top of the ninth, but fell short 8-7. They’re 1-4 this spring.
