The Rams have signed their second free agent linebacker in two days. Chris Claiborne has agreed to a three-year $10.5 million contract. He’ll get a $3.6 million signing bonus. After four seasons in Detroit, Claiborne played the last two in Minnesota, where he had 81 tackles in 2004. On Monday, the Rams signed three-time Pro-Bowler Dexter Coakley from the Cowboys.
