Saint Louis University gave East Carolina their first win in Conference USA play on Wednesday night. The Billikens led 33-28 at the half, but cold shooting in the second half did them in. SLU hit just 23 percent of their shots over the final 20 minutes, going 6-of-23 from the field. Izik Ohanon had 20 points and Reggie Bryant added 15, but none of their teammates got higher than eight points. With the loss, SLU fell to 5-13 overall and 3-3 in Conference USA play. ECU improved to 6-13 and 1-6.
