The Missouri Tigers and Colorado Buffaloes played a tight game throughout, but in the end it was Colorado that pulled out a 64-62 win on its home floor. With Mizzou leading 62-61 with 35 seconds to go and four seconds remaining on the shot clock, Missouri junior guard Jimmy McKinney shot a long three-pointer, which resulted in an air ball. On the ensuing possession, Colorado freshman Richard Roby hit the game winning shot, a three pointer, with 21.1 seconds to go. Mizzou is 10-9 overall and 2-4 in Big 12 play.
