The Drury women’s basketball team, ranked number one in the NCAA Division II poll, crushed Rockhurst University 92-45 in Springfield Wednesday. The Lady Panthers jumped out to an 11-0 lead and never looked back. They came away with an amazing 24 steals, as Kara Rutledge and Amanda Newton scored 20 points apiece. With the win Drury improved to 17-1 overall and 3-0 in Heartland Conference play.
