Colonel King Sidwell has been tapped to be the next adjutant general for the Missouri National Guard. Governor Matt Blunt has nominated the Sikeston native to command the state’s Army and Air National Guard. Sidwell is a 30-year military veteran with his most recent assignment at Fort Leonard Wood.
