The MIAA conference announced yesterday that officials at Saturday night’s Missouri Western-Central Missouri State University basketball acted incorrectly in trying to sort out a physical altercation between the two teams. Referees went to the upper deck of the CMSU basketball arena to view video tape to decide who was at fault. The conference says the refs are only allowed to view courtside monitors. CMSU doesn’t have them. It resulted in a 20 minute delay. No player sanctions have been handed out yet. CMSU won the game 79-72.
