Hall Receives Second Straight Special Teams Award

Chiefs’ wide receiver and kick and punt returner Dante Hall has received the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week Award for the second week in a row. His 49-yard kickoff return in the fourth quarter against the Raiders on Saturday set up a game-winning field goal for Lawrence Tynes. The Chiefs came away with on Christmas Day. Hall averaged 29.2 yards per kick off return on Saturday. It’s the second time Hall has won the award in consecutive week, in fact last season he won it four straight weeks. It’s the seventh time he’s won it in his career. Against Denver on December 19, Hall returned a kick 97-yards to open the game. The Chiefs will face the Chargers in San Diego Sunday.
