“Lima Time” is returning to Kansas City. Pitcher Jose Lima, who rejuvenated his career with the Royals in 2003, signed a free agent deal with the Royals over the weekend. Lima went 8-3 before pulling a groin in 2003. Last season with the Dodgers he was 13-5.
