St. Louis Again Highlighted As Plaintiff-Friendly Lawsuit Venue

A national organization advocating changes in the way civil lawsuits are handled says the circuit court system in St. Louis remains one of the nation’s “judicial hellholes.” The American Tort Reform Association says “judicial hellholes” are places that attract lawsuits because they are considered plaintiff-friendly with a bias toward plaintiffs. The Association says “it is no secret that St. Louis City Circuit Court is the place to be if your are a plaintiff.”
