The Missouri Tigers and the baskets at Mizzou Arena weren’t getting along very well on Tuesday night. MU shot 29.8 percent (17-of-57) in a 62-52 loss to Arkansas. The Tigers had trouble getting any points on the board to start the first and second halves. Mizzou didn’t score field goal until the 12:32 mark of the first half and didn’t get a bucket until the 14:35 mark of the second half. They trailed 27-25 at the half. While the Tigers continued to struggle in the second half, the Razorbacks corrected their offensive problems and hit 60 percent of their shots over the final 20 minutes. MU also had trouble with free throws, converting just 55.6 percent (15-of-25). Linas Kleiza led the Tigers with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Freshman Marshall Brown was the only other Tiger in double figures with 10 points. MU committed 18 turnovers and fell to 4-4 on the season.
