KC Murder Suspect Charged In Seven More Killings

December 6, 2004 By admin Leave a Comment

Kansas City’s suspected “Prospect Avenue Killer” has been charged with seven more murders. The prosecutor calls Terry Blair “one of the most prolific alleged serial killers” in Kansas City history. Blair has been in jail since being charged in September with killing a prostitute. Now Blair is charged with strangling seven more women. He’s been a suspect since the bodies of several women were found earlier this year in or near vacant buildings in an 18-block area. Most of the women had criminal records for drug use or prostitution.
