It’s another shocking setback for the Missouri basketball team. The Tigers lost to Davidson 84-81 last night at the Paige Sports Arena. The Tigers trailed by as many as 19 points in the second half. Mizzou cut the deficit to one point, but missed three shots in the final 8.2 seconds that would have tied the game. Linus Kleiza had 25 points for Missouri in a losing effort. Matt McKillop scored 28 for Davidson, which shot 60 percent from the field. The 2-1 Tigers will head to Kansas City for the final two rounds of the Guardians Classic. Mizzou plays Creighton in a semifinal game on Tuesday.
