A former youth minister at a St. Louis area church has confessed to having sex with two underage girls from 1994 to 1998. 37-year-old John Ruzz of Arnold has pleaded guilty to three counts of statutory rape and statutory sodomy in each case. One victim was under 17. The other was under 14 when the sexual encounters began at Praise Fellowship Assembly of God Church in Des Peres.
