Missouri’s new law banning sexy billboards from being within a mile of major highways has been upheld by a federal judge. Adult businesses say the law is an unconstitional infringement on freedom of speech and singles out those businesses for special treatment. But federal district judge has refused to issue a temporary order blocking the law from going into effect. A lawyer for the shops says he looks forward to a full trial.
