Foreign observers, here to check up on our presidential election, have visited with election officials throughout Missouri. The international team is part of a 20-person contingent reviewing election issues in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Ohio and Missouri. Global Exchange, a human rights group in San Francisco organized the team. It will report its findings and make suggestions next month. It might return in November to monitor elections. Team members have met with election officials in St. Louis, Kansas City, Jefferson City and Columbia.
