A new billboard law is in effect, starting this week acrossMissouri. The new law bans adult-oriented billboards alongside the state’shighways. The law establishes a three-year period for adult-orientedbusinesses to take the billboards down within one mile of Missourihighways. The law is going into effect, but a court will ultimately decidewhether it’s constitutional. At least two adult business owners are alreadychallenging the law in court.
