Missouri has lost prized freshman Darrell Jackson. The quarterback withdrew from MU on Thursday. Jackson was charged in St. Louis County Family Court earlier this week on juvenile charges. A report in Friday’s St. Louis Post-Dispatch says while in high school, Jackson allegedly molested an acquitance who was an elementary-school aged girl. Jackson left the team late Tuesday to return to St. Louis for what MU officials called personal reasons. Jackson was back in Columbia for practice on Wednesday afternoon. It would be his final practice as a Tiger. On Thursday, Missouri head coach Gary Pinkel said Jackson had withdrawn from classes and that no other statement would be made by him or the university.
