The Cardinals continue to pound on the Cincinnati Reds. St. Louis rallied for six runs in the bottom of the eighth, and beat Cincy 7-2 on Tuesday night. Jim Edmonds tied the game with an RBI single up the middle. The Cardinals loaded the bases in the eighth. With two outs, Tony Womack drew a walk which forced a run home. Larry Walker followed with a grand slam that put the game away. The Cardinals are now 13-2 against the Reds this season. They also continue to pull away in the division. The Cards now lead the Cubs by 15 games in the N.L. Central.
