A St. Louis man will likely be charged today with killing his two young children after authorities found them covered with mud on the bank of the Mississippi River. Police say 25-year-old Anthony Moore has been taken to Barnes-Jewish Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation after they subdued him with a Taser gun. The bodies of this children were found near his mud-caked car parked at the end of a boat ramp in North Riverfront Park. Rescuers couldn’t revive 9-month-old Kanya Derrick Anderson and 2-year-old Toni Mickyla Camille Moore. They were pronounced dead at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.
