More changes are being made with the Missouri Democratic Party in the wake of Claire McCaskill’s victory over incumbent Governor Bob Holden in Tuesday’s primary election. McCaskill has named former Governor Roger Wilson as the new Party Chairman, replacing May Scheve-Reardon, who will take on new responsibilities with the Missouri Victory 2004 Coordinated Campaign. Wilson has been a supporter of McCaskill since she first decided to challenge Holden in the gubernatorial race. Earlier this week, Corey Dillon – who had been an aide to McCaskill in the State Auditor’s office – was named the Democratic Party’s new executive director.
