The disappearance of a nine year old St. Louis boy more than 13 months ago has tirmed into a fraud case. The father of Christian Ferguson, Dawan Ferguson, says his son was in his car when the car was stolen. The car was later found but the boy is still missing. Now the boy’s mother, Monica Ferguson, is charged with defrauding a bank to get the money to buy that car. She is charged with forging the signature of another person as a co-signer on the loan Dawan Ferguson got to buy the car. Nobody has been charged in the disappearance of Christian Ferguson.
