It’s up to the jury now to decide whether David Zink gets life in prison or execution. The jury in Osceola has found him guilty of killing Strafford teenager Amanda Morton three years ago. Testimony is being taken int he penalty phase. Zink never denied killing Morton, but has agrued that he did it on impulse, not after planning it – a contention that he says saves him from the death penalty.
