Tony Harvey’s attorney thinks the NCAA isn’t quite doing its job. Stu Brown submitted a formal response to the NCAA and in records obtained by the AP, Brown says the Clemons “demonstrated a record of bias, deceit and manipulation” in asserting that Harvey gave Clemons $250. That’s the most serious allegation made by the NCAA in their investigation. Brown also stated that the NCAA’s decision to make the allegation is “reckless”. Harvey resigned as MU’s associate head basketball coach on June 18.
