A new public opinion poll on the presidential race in Missouri shows President Bush with a very slight lead over Democratic Presidential Candidate John Kerry. The Rasmussen Reports survey of 15,000 likely voters, conducted between June 1st and 30th, shows the President with 48-percent support and the Massachusetts Senator with 44-percent backing. 4-percent are behind other candidates while 5-percent say they’re not sure. In addition, 53-percent of those surveyed said they approve of the way President Bush is performing his job.
