The Cardinals will comprise one-third of the National League’s starting line up in next Tuesday’s All-Star Game in Houston. The final rosters were announced yesterday and Scott Rolen finished as the N.L.’s top vote-getter and will get the start at third base for the third straight seasons. He’s hitting .344 with 18 homers and 78 RBI’s. Albert Pujols will start at first base and Edgar Renteria will get the nod at shortstop. No Cardinals were picked as reserves…Royals’ first baseman/DH Ken Harvey has been selected as the team’s only All-Star. He’s hitting .328 with 10 homers and 34 RBI’s. Manager Tony Pena will on Joe Torre’s American League coaching staff.
