Rickey Paulding is going home. The former Missouri Tiger was taken in the second round by his hometown Detroit Pistons in the second round of yesterday’s NBA Draft. Teammate Arthur Johnson, who also hails from Detroit, wasn’t drafted. Paulding is the first Tiger to be drafted since Kareem Rush was by the Lakers in the first round of the 2002 draft. Paulding left Mizzou as the school’s eighth-leading scorer and fifth in three-pointers made with 187. Paulding is also MU’s points leader in the NCAA tournament with 145.
