Tony Harvey Resigns From Missouri

June 19, 2004 By admin Leave a Comment

Tony Harvey’s days at Missouri are officially over. Harvey announced his resignation yesterday as Mizzou’s associate basketball coach. Harvey had been on paid suspension pending the final outcome of the NCAA’s investigation of Missouri basketball. In it’s 19-page report, the NCAA accused Harvey of giving $250 cash to former Tiger Ricky Clemons. He has denied the claim. Harvey is the second assistant coach to resign. Lane Odom turned in his resignation earlier this summer for his actions in the recruiting of Clemons.
