Sexually explicit billboards will be banned from besides the state’s highways under a bill signed into law by Governor Bob Holden. The sponsor of the bill, Senator Matt Bartle of Lee’s Summit, says such billboards obscure Missouri’s natural beauty. The bill was one of several crime bills signed into law during a special ceremony in Kansas City.
