The Federal District Court in St. Louis is looking at a meaty lawsuit about who should be able to call their hamburger a “steakburger.” Steak n’ Shake says Burger King should not be able to use the word becuase Steak ‘n Shake has a trademark on it. Burger King says the words steak and burger are generic words that can be put together without violating copyright laws.
